BIOGLASS 45S5
Created by Prof. Larry Hench in 1969, Bioglass 45S5 is the gold standard of all bioactive materials. Its ability to bond to bone and soft tissues is known worldwide. It is the most used glass in orthopedic and dental surgeries. VETRA is the first Brazilian company with know-how to produce this material with high purity and quality.
BIOGLASS F18
Bioglass F18 is a new bioactive glass containing specific elements that make it bactericide, while keeping the glass high bioactivity.
BIOSILICATE
Biosilicate is a fully crystalline glass-ceramic, which show high mechanical strength.
